Running is accessible to the majority of people and the ability to run brings with it great benefits in health, social life and the sense of achievement be that completing a marathon or your first 5k parkrun. However, running is no different to other sports it improves with better technique.

Many runners regardless if they are new to the sport or seasoned runners will experience a running related injury. This can be the frustrating side of running “why I’m I injured and how do I fix it” There are many opinions on running injuries some good some not so good.
